The Email Genie tool uses the identity you set up in order to generate the email using AI. This means that it will try to write in a style that suits your identity. So if you have a professional or casual online persona, the email genie will adjust its language and tone accordingly.
You can change your identity anytime you want, and it will match the email template you select or the tonality you choose for your email. The better the match, the better the results. If you think the results are not up to par, just confirm if the template or tonality you are using are a good match for your identity. If not, you can modify your identity or try playing with the tonality. You may be handling multiple identities at any given time — as a project lead, wife, and regular user of Yaara AI, for example.
